We’ll ship your order using UPS or Truck Freight, depending on the item size and weight. Some items may arrive in separate shipments.

Once your item ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email.

When your order arrives, be sure to inspect the shipment before signing. Need help unloading? You can add liftgate service at checkout.

General Information
- IgniteAttachments.com offers shipping to the contiguous 48 United States (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded).
- Orders 150 lbs. or less can be shipped standard ground, 2nd day or next-day air via UPS.
- Orders to the contiguous US weighing over 150 lbs. will arrive via truck freight shipment.
- Expect LTL or truck freight shipments to arrive in 7 to 10 days.
- No Saturday deliveries.
- You may receive multiple shipments at different times from different locations.
- We currently offer free shipping on orders over $99.
Truck Freight Policy
- If an item is shipped via Truck Freight (on a semi-truck) you must have the means to unload it from the truck. Liftgate service is available and can be added at checkout.
- The shipment MUST BE INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT. The consignee (you or someone you appoint) must completely open and inspect the product.
- You will be asked at checkout to agree that you can and will accept truck freight shipping at your shipping address. If you agree to truck freight, but are unable to accept it upon arrival, you will incur return fees.
Product Damaged Upon Delivery
- If the unit(s) arrive at your location with noticeable damages, photos should be taken prior to unbracing/unblocking and unloading if possible.
- All damages need to be legible and properly annotated on Bill of Lading (BOL) / proof of delivery. Take pictures if possible.
- Photos and BOL should be submitted to Ignite, support@igniteattachments.com, within 24-48 hours of damage discovery.
Shipping FAQ
We offer free shipping on orders over $99 to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Larger items (over 150 lbs) ship via truck freight and need a location accessible to a semi. Shipping timelines typically range from 7 to 10 business days, and all shipments include tracking details. The recipient must be present to inspect and sign for delivery. Freight deliveries (150 lbs.+) are curbside drop-offs to semi-truck-accessible locations only. You’ll need compact equipment like a forklift, skid steer or tractor to unload. If you don’t have a way to lift your attachment off the truck, we offer an optional lift gate service to lower your item to the ground. Be sure to plan ahead so you don’t have to send the equipment back and incur return fees.
You may be able to change your shipping address if the item hasn’t left our distribution center. Contact Ignite (support@igniteattachments.com / 888-232-1988) as soon as possible to request a change. If it’s already shipped, rerouting may cost $85 or more depending on freight changes. Shipping to a new zip code or using a smaller truck may also affect the cost.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 7 to 10 business days via standard or freight delivery, depending on the size. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. Large or custom orders may take longer based on product availability and freight schedules.
To receive a freight delivery from Ignite Attachments, you’ll need a flat, open space with enough room for a full-size semi to access and turn. Tight job sites or steep driveways might not cut it, so plan for wide clearance.
Snap clear photos of the damage before unloading or removing straps. Note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL), then email us at support@igniteattachments.com within 48 hours. We’ll guide you through the claims and replacement process quickly.
Orders can be cancelled any time before the shipment leaves our distribution center. To cancel, contact us with your order details and we'll see what we can do! If it’s already en route, it’ll need to go through our return process instead.
We work with a range of trusted carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery. While we can’t guarantee a specific carrier ahead of time, we’re happy to show you which ones we typically use based on your state and fulfillment warehouse. Check possible carrier here.
