A larger-profile square carbon steel shaft key for use at higher-torque locations in agricultural implement drivetrains and industrial power transmission assemblies, where a larger key cross-section is required to transmit peak torque without shearing. The larger profile fills the keyway more completely, reducing backlash under load reversals that are common in PTO-driven and variable-speed applications.
