The 5% discount applies only to eligible purchases made through our website.
Birthday coupons are valid only during the member’s birthday month and are non-transferable.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

6. Program Modifications or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part of it, at any time, without prior notice. If the Program is terminated, previously earned discounts or coupons may expire without compensation.

7. Account Management

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to Ignite Attachments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignite Attachments is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including lost rewards, data, or profits.

9. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as PayPal. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in West Fargo, ND.
